Warranty Policy
December 30, 2025 Update
This Limited Warranty is issued by QREATE Inc. and is effective from November 4th, 2025. It applies only to products purchased directly from the official QREATE website (qreatebikes.co.uk). Products purchased through other sales channels (such as Amazon, offline retailers, Best Buy, etc.) are subject to the warranty policies of those respective platforms or dealers.
1. For Original Purchaser
QREATE provides a 1-year limited warranty for each QREATE e-bike, excluding all wear and tear items. The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the bike.This limited warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK/EU consumer law.
2. For Subsequent Owner QREATE also provides a 1-year limited warranty for each QREATE e-bike, excluding all wear and tear items. The subsequent owner must provide proof of original purchase (including the original purchaser’s name and order number). The warranty period still begins from the date the original owner received the bike.
Notes :
1."Original Purchaser" refers to a customer who buys an e-bike directly from the official QREATE website.
2."Subsequent Owner" refers to the second or later owner of the e-bike.
3.If any parts, accessories, or the bike itself need to be replaced, QREATE may charge a shipping fee. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

4. Electrical Parts

5. Wearing Parts
Wear and tear of consumable parts requiring regular maintenance (including but not limited to tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, housings, grips, chains, spokes, kickstand, pedals, saddles), subject to expected wear associated with normal use, so QREATE only provide a three-month warranty.
Replacement parts can be purchased from a local store or QREATE.
6. Shipping Damage
In very few cases, items received may be damaged during transportation. If there is shipping damage, please contact the dealer or QREATE and provide photos or videos as proof.
Note: The following conditions will be considered normal and not covered under the free replacement or refund policy. Slight damage to the outer packaging Slight scratches or paint chipping on the product.
Bendable parts bent due to transportation Parts or wear-prone components damaged after a certain period or use We will not accept shipping damage claims submitted more than 7 days after receiving any product.
7. Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered by the warranty:
Failure caused by the user's failure to use, maintain and adjust according to the "Instruction Manual".Users disassemble, repair and modify themselves, and failures caused by non-compliance with the rules of use.
Failure caused by improper use or storage by the user, or accident, such as collisions, fires, floods, storms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or any improper use of power sources.
The cost of going to other repair shops for repairs without consent.
Please contact us and obtain our written approval before sending any item back. Any products returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
No warranty card or a warranty card inconsistent with the bicycle.
Slight scratches or damage to the outer shell caused by logistics transportation of the accessories are not covered by the warranty.
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by QREATE Ebike.
Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
8. How to Make a Warranty Claim
All claims to this warranty must be made through QREATE Ebike and submitted to contact@qreatebikes.co.uk. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required to be submitted alongside any warranty request.
Before making a warranty claim, you are encouraged to contact QREATE Ebike via contact@qreatebikes.co.uk, as there may be a simple fix for your problem that does not necessitate filing a claim. Valid warranty claims made within the warranty period will be handled through QREATE Ebike.
A deposit is required to replace the LCD display, motor, controller, and/or battery, which will be refunded in full upon receipt by QREATE Ebike of the parts that need to be replaced.
QREATE Ebike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or a video of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence by email. Attention: QREATE Ebike will offer free components and replacement parts (while shipping fees are not included), and any installation fees will not be covered by QREATE Ebike without the after-sales team’s authorization.
